Khushbu Shah is the Restaurant Editor at Food & Wine magazine, where she is responsible for putting together their annual list of the Best New Chefs in America. She also writes a number of features for the magazine and website and is known for her work with regards to furthering representation and uplifting a diverse set of cultures.
Khushbu has appeared on shows like Netflix’s Ugly Delicious, and her work can also be found in publications like the New York Times, Washington Post, GQ, and the Best Food Writing series.
Her first cookbook, Amrikan, will be published in early 2024. Khushbu grew up in Michigan but now calls Los Angeles home.
