Elizabeth Murray

Elizabeth Murray is the Chief Operating Officer of the Marlow Collective and previously managed People Operations for Union Square Hospitality Group. She is also a co-founder of MORE, a coalition of nonprofit organizations with a shared vision for a thriving, equitable, and enduring restaurant industry, and sits on the Board of Directors of the NYC Hospitality Alliance and the NYC Small Business Services Hospitality Council, alongside other community partnership and industry advocacy roles. Elizabeth is an expert on the intersection of corporate culture, strategy, and social innovation. She is a native Texan living in New York City with her dog, Gristle Trout.
