Join us for an unforgettable experience as Food & Wine collaborates with Gramercy Tavern to honor its legacy at the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen. We will celebrate the 30 years since founder Danny Meyer planted the seeds for a restaurant that continues to shape the way America dines.
Executive Chef Michael Anthony and Pastry Chef Karen Demasco will be joined by current visionaries and alumni of Gramercy Tavern, including founding Chef Tom Colicchio, Pastry Chef Claudia Fleming, and current Chef de Cuisine Aretah Ettarh for a one-night-only reunion. The dinner will feature a menu that pays homage to the restaurant’s past, present, and future, showcasing the iconic place and the people who have contributed to its three decades of success.
Featured talent include Michael Anthony, Tom Colicchio, Karen Demasco, Aretah Ettarh, Claudia Fleming and Danny Meyer.
