Acclaimed alumni—Nancy Silverton (1990), Wylie Dufresne (2001), Katie Button (2015), Kwame Onwuachi (2019), Ana Castro (2022), and Calvin Eng (2022)—will craft a four-course menu that reflects their personal journeys and culinary philosophies.
