Anna Polonsky is the founder and creative director of Polonsky & Friends, a New York–based strategy and design studio specializing in food, beverage, and hospitality projects worldwide. The studio partners with founders and operators to define brand positioning, visual identity, and customer experience across physical and digital touchpoints, from boutique hotels to gourmet products.

At the core of the practice is a belief in the analogue in a world gone digital. Work is developed through personal narratives, material exploration, and hands-on processes, resulting in brands that feel tactile, human, and culturally grounded. Prior to founding the studio, Anna built her career in hospitality, including seven years as U.S. Director of Le Fooding, later acquired by Michelin. Her work has been recognized by Forbes 30 Under 30 and the James Beard Awards, and continues to shape brands that are considered, expressive, and built to endure.
