Erika Council is the James Beard nominated Chef and Owner of renowned Bomb Biscuit Co in Atlanta, Georgia.  Bomb Biscuit Co has quickly become one of Atlanta’s best breakfast/brunch dining spots and has recognized as Bib Gourmand by the Michelin guide. Erika’s debut cookbook, Still We Rise, pays tribute to the African American bakers and chefs that inspired her journey.
