Hunter Lewis

Hunter Lewis is the editor in chief of Food & Wine. Prior to his time at Food & Wine, Hunter worked for Cooking Light, Southern Living, Bon Appetit, and Saveur. Hunter’s byline has appeared in a variety of print and digital publications, and he has appeared on TV as a guest judge for Top Chef and Beat Bobby Flay. Every summer, Hunter serves as a host of the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, the nation’s premier culinary festival. Earlier in his career he was a line cook at chef Jonathan Waxman’s Barbuto in New York City and also in California’s Sonoma County, and a newspaper reporter in Durham, North Carolina.
