Leina Horii and Brian Lea are the chefs and owners of Kisser, located in Nashville, TN. Kisser is a Japanese restaurant inspired by “kissaten”, or casual lunch spots serving comfort food. Since opening, Kisser has been named a 2024 James Beard finalist, Bon Appetit’s Best New Restaurant, and Food & Wine Best New Chefs.
