Lucy Simon is Food & Wine’s Special Projects Editor and joined the team in the spring of 2021. Her written work can be seen online, and across a variety of sections of the magazine including wine-and-cocktail-centric features, and the Bottle Service column, which she co-produces and contributes to regularly. You can also find Lucy on Food & Wine’s Instagram page talking about all things drinks in her hosted video series, Varietals. Lucy regularly hosts wine seminars at live events — including the Food & Wine Classics in Aspen and the Food & Wine Classic in Charleston — and has been a guest on major podcasts and live television, including CBS Mornings, PIX11 News, among others. She has completed the Wine & Spirit Education Trust’s (WSET) Level 3 Award in Wines.
