Phil Rosenthal
Phil Rosenthal is the award-winning creator, executive producer, and host of the popular Netflix food and travel series “Somebody Feed Phil,” which recently released its seventh season, with season eight on the way. The Emmy-nominated show has become a global sensation, winning multiple Critics’ Choice Real TV Awards, including “Best Travel/Adventure Show” and “Male Star of the Year.” In 1995, Rosenthal created the hit CBS comedy “Everybody Loves Raymond” which premiered the following year and ran for nine seasons. During its original run, the show was nominated for over 70 Emmy Awards, and won 15 awards, including two for “Best Comedy Series” in 2003 and 2005. Rosenthal won the 2002 Writers Guild Award for “Excellence in Television Writing” for his “Italy” script. Rosenthal is also a two-time New York Times Best-Selling author, most recently with his children’s book “JUST TRY IT: A Phil and Lil Book,” which hit the Best Seller list in March 2024. His upcoming projects include the opening of his Los Angeles diner, Max & Helen’s, in 2025 and the release of his second cookbook “Phil’s Favorites” in November 2025. He is currently touring Europe with his show “An Evening With Phil Rosenthal,” where he combines humor, food, and storytelling which made its debut in the US last year. Known for his philanthropic work, Rosenthal founded Somebody Feed the People, an initiative supporting food access and community-building across the U.S.
