Chef Telly Justice (Food & Wine Best New Chefs 2025, Michelin Young Chef NY Winner 2023, nominated Best Chef NY 2023 JBF, nominated Emerging Chef 2022 JBF, Star Chefs Community Award Winner 2022) is a proud Trans Woman who has been working in the food industry for over a decade and a half. After having worked at all levels of dining- from anarchist vegan cafes to Michelin starred restaurants- Telly has devised a food philosophy that puts people and relationships first, ego last.
