Hannah Ziskin

Hannah Ziskin is the Co-founder of Quarter Sheets and oversees the dessert program at the restaurant. Taking inspiration from her past experiences working at the pastry and bread programs at restaurants including Chez Panisse, Nopa, Cotogna, and Bar Tartine in San Francisco, Ziskin’s desserts are stacked with complex and unexpected flavors that showcase seasonality in every bite. Ziskin has received many accolades for her cakes, including Food & Wine’s Best New Chef 2023, and has won over all of LA with her famous princess cake: an intricate creations of olive oil chiffon stacked between tart raspberry jam, vanilla bean custard and salted mascarpone chantilly covered in a housemade marzipan.
