Mary Attea
Mary Attea is the Executive Chef and Partner of Elizabeth Street Hospitality, overseeing Musket Room, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Manhattan’s Nolita neighborhood, Raf’s, a French and Italian bakery, restaurant and all-day café and Cafe Zaffri, a Modern Levantine restaurant in The Twenty Two Hotel in Union Square. A three-time James Beard Award semi-finalist, Attea’s creates menus that defy categorization, deftly infusing Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, Asian and new American influences into wholly original dishes. She was named Food & Wine’s Best New Chefs of 2024.
